I enjoyed doing this course because the tutor spoke calmly and clearly easy to follow instructions. The only problem I had was locating the work sheet that the tutor was working from and for you to do what he was doing. However it was an excellence course ,and there was great customer service backup to help when I had problems, locating the work sheet for this course. I sent an email/made a phone call and had help straight away. Nice to know that there’s help at hand when needed. Value for money course and I would recommend it to friends and family,
