They will learn: What is Reiki, how Reiki works, the history of Reiki, the founder of Reiki and the Reiki masters active in the development and spread of Reiki The human energy system and sensing energy. The effects use and contra-indications to Reiki ways of using Reiki energy; what Reiki can be used for. The Reiki Principles – a simple and easy method to reduce stress and tension.
  • Students will also learn: Self-healing and giving healing, how to know when to move on Gassho meditation, Chakra balancing, Hatsuri ho, Reikan ho, Posture and practice.
  • Practical sessions include: How to sense your energy, how to cleanse your energy, how to sense the flow of energy.
  • At the end of this course students will be: attuned to level one traditional usui Reiki. Ultimately students will be able to provide themselves and others with the Traditional Usui Reiki healing method.
  • Students will also learn: The effects, uses and contra-indications of Reiki ways of using Reiki energy; what Reiki can be used for. The Reiki Principles – a simple and easy method to reduce stress and tension. The effects of attunement and cleansing period Self-healing practice Sharing Reiki - working on others. Keep your energy clear. The Usui and Hayashi hand positions.
  • The healer; this is a section of learning that aids a broad understanding of healing and looks at the following topics: The healer and motivation, what is healing, the responsibility of the healer, Reiki healing, healing and curing, spiritual healing and spirituality.
  • Students are introduced to sharing Reiki with their pet friends.
