He currently holds a leadership role with a large global financial company where he served multiple responsibilities, including Head of North America Operation, Head of Global Technology Command Centre and is now responsible for North America, Europe and the Asia Pacific Regions Data Centers supporting $1.4 trillion of average daily volume.
Mr Pobric delivered workshops and speaking engagements for some of the world's largest conferences in Positive Psychology: Fourth World Congress of Positive Psychology,  International Conference on Positive Psychology and Cognitive  Behavioral Therapy, International Festival of Positive Education, etc.
He worked as a teaching assistant for the University of California, Berkeley, course  "Science of Happiness," in which he helped participants across the world understand and apply   Positive Psychology tools.
He is a creator of many Accredited Educational Programs including but not limited to Flourishing, Human Change, Science of Happiness and Management Consulting, taught Science of Happiness across the US and UK and has over 40,000 registered online students in 170 countries.
Mr Pobric was a Vice President for the large Wall Street firm, Management Consultant for one of the “Big Five" Companies, Consulting Practice Manager for national large management consulting firms, and owner and president for technology consulting, wholesale retail, and internet businesses.
