Refund Policy

You agree to the following Terms and Conditions by completing your registration for an Online Course and paying the full or installment fee: Under the terms of this refund policy and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your booking at any time under the following conditions.

01.

0% of the payment for the first 30 days of the course.
50% of the payment is due 14-29 days prior to the start of the course.
100% payment 0-13 days prior to the start of the course.

If a delegate pays for the same course on the next available day, 50% of the fee will be deducted from their next invoice.

02. You are no longer eligible for a full refund after you have completed the course, even though you request one within 7 days of payment.

03. We are unable to issue a refund after a course has been redeemed.

05. It can take up to 30 days for any refund to be processed.
