1.1 These subscriber terms of use (“Terms of Use” or “Terms”) govern your use of our Services and constitute a binding contract between you (“Subscriber” or “Customer” or “You”) and Course Central (“Company” or “We” or “Us” ), regarding the terms under which the Company will provide Subscriber with access to the Services..
1.2 Customer agrees that its assent, given electronically, will have the same legal effect as if it had been personally signed by Subscriber. To the extent permitted by law, these Terms of Use are intended to supersede any provisions of applicable law, which might otherwise limit their enforceability or effect, because they were entered into electronically. 04. OUR RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES
4.1 We may update these Terms and/or change the Services from time to time for valid business reasons to reflect changes in our business needs including, but not limited to, changes in features and functionality, changes in market conditions, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in system capabilities. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our Website and Subscriber’s continued use of our Service/s following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that Subscriber accepts and agrees to the changes, to the extent permitted by applicable laws. It is your responsibility to review the Terms to ensure you are aware of the latest version.

05. General
5.1 The Services enable Students to connect to recorded instruction, tutoring, and the courses. The Services include, without limitation, facilitating and delivering Courses and supporting materials.
5.2 You are solely responsible for all service, telephony, data charges and/or other fees and costs associated with your access to and use of the Services, as well as for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware, and other equipment required for such access and use.
5.3 All of your use, access and other activities relating to the Services must be in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including, without limitations, laws relating to copyright and other intellectual property use, and to privacy and personal identity. Further, access to our Services from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United Kingdom or the country in which You reside. You must agree to abide by all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
5.4 The aforementioned conditions are governed the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
5.5 We will not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Purchase caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5.6 In such cases when you breach terms and we decide to take no action or neglect to do so, then we will still be entitled to act and enforce our rights and remedies for any other breach.
06. PAYMENTS & PURCHASE
6.1 If You decide to access or use our Services that involve payment of a fee, then you agree to pay, and will be responsible for payment of, that fee and all taxes associated with such access or use. If you provide credit card information to pay for such fees then you hereby represent and warrant that you are authorised to supply such information and hereby authorise Course Central to charge your credit cards.
6.2 If your payment method fails or your account is past due, We may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms. This may include charging other payment methods on file with Us and/or retaining collection agencies and legal counsel. We may also block your access to any of the Services pending resolution of any amounts due by You to Course Central.
6.3 The prices payable for the Courses that you order are clearly set out on the Website or application on which you make your purchase. If, by error, we have incorrectly priced a Course, we will not be liable to supply that Course to you at the stated price.
6.4 All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
6.5 We use third party payment processing companies (Stripe, Paypal etc) to process payments you made by authorised and valid credit or debit cards. Course Central don’t collect your card data.
6.6 Without payment a purchase will not be complete, and you will not have secured access to the Course until you received confirmation email from us. Upon receiving successful payment notification, we will provide access details by email.
6.7 Your purchase will always be subject to, and the Course will be provided in accordance with, the terms of the Teacher/Tutor on the relevant listing.
6.8 Your order is an offer to purchase and not a binding contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually take payment from you, we may decline to provide access to the Course to you without giving any reason at any point up until then. If you have made a payment for a course and subsequently, we fail to make it available for any reason we will provide a full refund through original method of payment used.
07. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
According to the guidance of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your purchase of the course within 14 calendar days period (cancellation period) from the date of purchase.

7.2 Purchases made from Reed.co.uk: Courses which are purchased from Reed has a full 14 days refunds policy. If you wish to cancel your purchase during this 14 days cancellation period you will be entitled to a full refund. Please note that the period of 14 calender day starts at the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded.
08. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
8.1 Your account may be suspended if we find you in serious breach of any stated terms.
8.2 If we suspend your Account or access to the Services for any reason, we can legally refuse to provide you with any Services or the right to purchase further Courses. If you attempt to circumvent this clause by attempting to create a new account, we reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you and any existing Account you may have with Course Central.
09. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we or any other course central party be liable to you or any third party for any special, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use of the service or of any web site referenced or linked to from the service.
Further, neither we, nor any other course central party, shall be liable in any way for any class or other third party goods and services offered through the service or for assistance in conducting commercial transactions with other users of the site, including without limitation any transaction between a student and teacher.
Some jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
10. COURSE CENTRAL RIGHTS
Course Central reserves these rights:
10.1 We can make changes to the Course Central Site and Services without notice or liability.
10.2 We have the right to terminate your membership, account, payment, or other affiliation with the Service at any time and for any reason. We can change our eligibility criteria at any time. If these things are prohibited by law where you live, then we revoke your right to use Course Central in that jurisdiction.
10.3 We will cooperate fully with investigations of violations of systems or network security at other sites, including cooperating with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected criminal violations.
10.4 We have the right to remove an Instructor from the Partner Program at any time, without prior notice, at our sole discretion, should we identify that their account is associated with behaviour that we deem to be in violation of our rules or guidelines.
10.5 We have the right to reject, cancel, interrupt, remove, or suspend any class, comment, or other posted comment at any time and for any reason.
Course Central is not liable for any damages as a result of any of these actions, and it is our policy not to comment on the reasons for any such action.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The service and all materials included therein are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or the warranty of non-infringement. without limiting the foregoing, we make no warranty that (a) the service and materials will meet your requirements, (b) the service and materials will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (c) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service or materials will be effective, accurate or reliable, or (d) the quality of any class that you attend via the service, or any other products, services, or information purchased or obtained by you from the service from us or our affiliates will meet your expectations or be free from mistakes, errors or defects.
The service could include technical or other mistakes, inaccuracies or typographical errors. we may make changes to the service and any of the content or features included therein, including the prices and access rules for any functionality, at any time without notice. the content included on the service may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such content.
The use of the service or the downloading or other acquisition of any materials through the service is done at your own discretion and risk and with your agreement that you will be solely responsible for any damage or loss of data that results from such activities.
