Order Course Completion certificates and Course Transcripts

You can access the digital certificate from the “Achievement” section of your profile. We can also e-mail the digital version if needed for free of charge. You can also choose the “Both” option if you like to have both printed and digital versions of your certificate.

Your course transcript includes the details of the modules you have completed for the course.

• The digital transcripts can be e-mailed to you at any time you request.
• Printed transcripts can be posted to your address within 5-7 working days once the payment is cleared. It might take additional time for delivery outside the UK.
• You can also choose the “Both” option if you like to have both printed and digital versions of your transcript for a discounted price.

Documents can be delivered within 5-7 working days once the payment is cleared. It might take additional time for delivery outside the UK. With additional charge, the documents can be delivered in 2 working days. Delivery to mainland Europe and the Rest of the World can incur additional charges. This service is not tracked and may take up to four weeks once the payment is cleared.
