HR management
Very helpful course
Lots of reading
Was good but lots of reading and barely any examples of certain things to understand better.
HR (Human Resource)
Superb Experience. Thank you Course Central for giving another perspective of HR with modern school of thoughts
Little useful content
This course has a lot of words and discusses some management styles, but doesn’t give specific information about legal requirements or current legislation. It switches between being UK and US focused, so no clear directives, and there are so many terrible spelling errors. The H&S information was totally wrong (therefore dangerous).
I’m not sure who would benefit from this as it doesn’t give enough information to correctly inform a manager, only to outline a few basic attitudes and approaches to HR. And the review quizzes focus on the least important factors of the modules, so zero benefit.
Really not worth anyone’s time.
Also the Anger Management unit was like a meditation brochure, weird and inappropriate for a ‘professional’ course.
Ok course.
I found the course to be somewhat boring but carried on with it regardless. There are a lot of punctuation errors and in one section a sentence was started with “A typical” and that was it. I have guessed at a lot of the answers on the quizzes as they are common sense.
