Module 2: Responsibilities
This module will cover the various roles of people working in the care environment and their responsibilities.
Module 3: Systems
This module will explain the health and safety arrangements that must be in place to ensure the highest level of care for everyone involved within a care setting.
Module 4: Accidents and Illness Part 1

Module 7: General Hazards: Fires, Gas and Electricity

Module 8: Aggression, Violence, Security and Stress
This module groups together various hazards associated with Aggression, Violence, Stress and Security. Examples are provided with critical solutions.
Module 9: Work Environment and Welfare
This final module looks at various hazards within the work environment and welfare requirements that apply to care house staff.

At the end of the course there is a multiple-choice exam. The required pass mark for all modules is 70%. It is essential to achieve the requried pass mark to issue a certificate.
Retake information :
You will be given 3 attempts at each module. If a module is failed on the third attempt,
it will become locked and you need to contact us for the module to be
unlocked again. You are only permitted up to 3 extra attempts per
course.
You can take the exam up to 3 times, and if not successful, should repay the course fee and start again.
